CINAHL has made it a little easier to search for healthcare images in its indexed journals. Click on the down-arrow for More on the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Among the options listed is "Images;" click on that to open a search screen just for finding images in the CINAHL database, whether they are black and white photos, color photos, charts, graphs, maps, or illustrations.
